Could use a few more cooking utensils etc. check in process was not great the code did not work and it took over an hour for anyone to get back to us. I think an updated check in process would be beneficial where they use a set code to eliminate future issues with that. The loft area could be utilized better, maybe a more comfortable bed up there. The beds in the main bedrooms were very comfortable. Good bargain for sure though all around. We traveled 14 hours by car and about 2 1/2 hours prior to arriving, I made the reservation on hotels.com. Not sure if I inadvertently tried wrong date or you can’t make reservations for same date but I didn’t verify before accepting non refundable rate. I called hotel directly and they told me they thought they could change it. When I arrived I was told they had made a mistake and they could change it but they would let us stay without payment as they get payment the next night from hotels .com. . I offered to pay and they they could reimburse me later. Very impressed with all the work that Amelia at front desk and (perhaps her manager) did to work with me. They never once made me feel like I was putting them out for my own mistake. Highly recommend for customer service.
