« Communication with the host was awful. Just a couple of examples; 18 hours to respond when communicating about check in. The refrigerator was not cooling and beeping every 60 seconds and all night long. We reached out to the host and his response was “that’s strange”. His repair was to message 2 days later “is it still beeping”. This was after we were told by Vrbo that he was sending someone to fix it. Needless to say it was never fixed. »

« I had booked this property in July 2023 for my son’s graduation from Pomona college May 2024. Only to be canceled three days before my arrival into Claremont!
