"We loved our comfortable king bed room. Plenty of space. The shower had wonderful water pressure & hot water was almost immediately available. Loved the step-in shower with the provided bottles of shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Glad it was separate from the sink & mirror area. Fridge was small, but it was a short stay for us. TV was large, could be tilted toward the bed or sofa. It was great!"

"I will say this is the 2nd time I stayed here since I had a great experience the first time. I even paid more this time because it was a good first impression. However, I am not sure if it because I was on the first floor, but this time around it was loud and I felt uncomfortable being by myself. I would give it a 3 1/2 stars. I am not sure I will be staying there for the next time I go to see my daughter at school."

"Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. We stayed during a heat wave and the air conditioning was not working. We contacted the host and were told maintenance would be sent, but we received no further communication. We ultimately had to purchase a fan ourselves.There were also several cleanliness and maintenance concerns, including hair in the dish scrubber, crumbs in the refrigerator, a sink and bathtub that did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned, a shower valve that was extremely difficult to operate, coffee pot lid was broken (husband was able to fix that for us), and a broken down sofa bed. The bedroom was very tight, both my husband and I at different times hit our knee hard on the bed frame due to the limited space.The TV was also not working, nothing would load, and the Wi‑Fi connection was very poor.In addition, the apartment building had strong cigarette odor in the common areas. The neighborhood was quiet during our stay but we did not feel particularly comfortable there. The property has potential, but the combination of these issues significantly impacted our stay. We hope the host addresses the maintenance, cleanliness, and communication concerns for future guests."

"We checked in at 4in the afternoon. When we walked in the door at the end of the hall it smelled like smoke and I thought maybe someone was cooking in their room. But we realized it was a smelly food being cooked in the breakfast area. I believe it was Indian food. I didn’t want to smell that or have that smell in my room. There were not enough towels for the two of us, and they don’t clean daily so you have to go to the front desk for extra towels. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give it a 4 because of the reasons listed."
