« Room was not cleaned during our stay. On Saturday I mentioned this to the staff at the desk and they ASSURED me the room would be cleaned. Nothing done. For the price I paid per night, close to $1000 I should expect better. Not acceptable! Especially for a room a I paid for in advance almost 1 YEAR AGO IN FULL. Refund due accordingly!! Please review! »

« Very clean. The bed was ok, but not great. The big disappointment was the noise form the adjacent room. The neighbor had their TV up very loud on an off until 2:30 am (So loud that I could still hear it through earplugs). I tried to call the front desk to have them ask the occupants to turn it down, however, the front desk phone was unattended at 2:00am when I called. « Overall, the general condition and staff are fine during our stay. However, the light above the mini bar where is coffee maker is located was out-off order, and still not replaced regardless several repeated inquiries for repair. Basic room service is only upon request. »

« We really like the homewood suites brand and look forward to the expected amenities- this one was in a great location but could use a bit of refreshment. Not sure why the hallways have the exposed wiring at the ceiling wall. Breakfast was nice but not as extensive as other locations such as Dallas/ Fort Worth. We had a very long walk from our unit 329 to lobby/ breakfast area. Overall rating is good and I would stay again »

« The rooms in this hotel are in desperate need of renovation, walls and corners in bathrooms were unclean, carpet and sofa unpleasant. Bed linens were good and the location was perfect for our trip so we continued with our stay, plus the front desk staff were awesome. »

« We were booked for a 3 night stay. On 1 of the 3 nights our room was not cleaned. I went to the front desk to get clean towels and specifically asked that housekeeping clean our room the next day. The next morning, we saw housekeeping outside the room next to ours andI asked the girl if we were to have our room cleaned. She told me that she would be there in 10 minutes.
