"Overall a good place to stay for the money. Staff was friendly and helpful. They really need to get a new key card system at this hotel. Apparently their keys stop working if they get close to a cell phone or another card? Never heard of this but I had to get 4 new keys during my stay which started to get annoying."

"Overall, the general condition and staff are fine during our stay. However, the light above the mini bar where is coffee maker is located was out-off order, and still not replaced regardless several repeated inquiries for repair. Basic room service is only upon request. "

"First time booking with hello landing, and would absolutely do it again. They made the process very easy with great communication. The property was incredible super clean and we look into other locations for the future. Highly recommend."

"The condo is an end unit which led to it being more private. The area and grounds were a bit worn down and dated. The unit itself had an odd smell, likely from being closed up too long. It was simply “okay” but a bit pricey compared to our next condo (which was in better condition). "

"Room was not cleaned during our stay. On Saturday I mentioned this to the staff at the desk and they ASSURED me the room would be cleaned. Nothing done. For the price I paid per night, close to $1000 I should expect better. Not acceptable! Especially for a room a I paid for in advance almost 1 YEAR AGO IN FULL. Refund due accordingly!! Please review!"

"Very clean. The bed was ok, but not great. The big disappointment was the noise form the adjacent room. The neighbor had their TV up very loud on an off until 2:30 am (So loud that I could still hear it through earplugs). I tried to call the front desk to have them ask the occupants to turn it down, however, the front desk phone was unattended at 2:00am when I called. I was under the impression that night managers are meant to be available during the early morning hours. I would also suggest hotels to have some kind of volume limit on TVs so that they cannot disrupt the neighboring rooms. Especially during sleeping hours."
