"We didn't use the amenities so can't speak on those. Disappointed the site said there's a coffee maker in room; there wasn't. That should be updated. I asked & was told they no longer have that (disappointing) but there is coffee available in the breakfast area 24/7 which is really a nice perk for those who drink it throughout the day. We only drink it 1st thing in am tho so hubby got dressed each morning to go get us a cup (inconvenient). Included "continental" breakfast (we knew this) was the minimum types you see in places with cereal, donuts etc. If that's what you like then you're all set. However many places we stay that have this offering also include a type of fruit, yogurt, PB, etc. I didn't go down but hubby mentioned he didn't see any of those types of healthier offerings. You get what you pay for so it wasn't something we expected but is always nice to see. The room was a nice size ("suite") w/chair, sofa, desk & had microwave, 2 refrigerators & small flat screen TV. Smaller fridge had a small freezer; great to keep our cooler ice packs in. All appliances worked well. Lighting, as expected in this cost range, was just fair. Never very bright for putting on makeup or hubby to shave but was ok. Hotel was "remodeled" awhile back but colors are outdated, have carpet, & now look "tired". Tho room was clean, elevators needed scrubbed; very dirty. Didn't bring our dog but glad to see it's pet friendly & no smell. Staff was extremely friendly & helpful."

"The sheets on the bed needed to be clean they were stains on them the bottom of the bed has a sheet that goes around it it is very dirty and gross looking but I would have to say the staff was phenomenal they were great at all times. Everything else was very good breakfast was awesome."
