"This was my first visit to this property. The check-in process was VERY detailed, telling me all about the casino, etc. (I am glad that I wasn't in a hurry!) The property is quite new, so things are in great condition. The restaurant was good - fairly small selection of entrees but well done. The casino was fairly deserted (the restaurant is inside the casino portion of the building). The room was large but had only two chairs, no couch (not a big deal). Restroom was fine, except that in the morning I discovered that the hot water faucet in the sink apparently had been entirely shut off - there was hot water in the shower but NO water from the hot water spigot in the sink. I am glad that I didn't have to go to a business meeting and needed to shave! I reported this problem when I checked out and my hotel stay was discounted 25%."

"The hot tub was wonderful! We were grateful to have that. The hosts were really kind, but we were not huge fans of them coming out to meet us right away to help us check in. After driving for several hours, we just wanted to get in and settled. We felt as though the kitchen was missing some basic things for a fully stocked kitchen, so hopefully this review will help others- it is missing a large pot for cooking pasta, no aluminum foil, and many of the pots that are non stick had scrapes in them, which made us hesitant to use them. We saw the washer and dryer in the photos- but as a heads up- renters are not allowed to use them. Now, we went back and looked, it is NOT listed in the amenities, but we saw them in the photos and assumed we could, and so we packed as such, to be able to use the washer and dryer. There are 4 towels for the hot tub, which is fine, except that without a dryer, it makes it difficult to wait for them to hang dry to use them again. It does not have a dish strainer to let the dishes dry, having that would have been very helpful. It is not as private as we hoped. The furniture was cozy, which was a plus. Some places we’ve stayed it feels like you can’t lounge around. This was not the case here. It’s got a fun massage chair that we enjoyed. We loved that it was pet friendly but did NOT smell like other pets had been there. Overall, it was very clean, the hosts were kind, "

"The AC did not work, gave us the wrong which lead to someone trying to come into our room at 3:30 in the morning. The next day our key cards did not work so had to get that fixed. Told them about the AC and they said someone would work on it but didn’t seem like they did. The second night temps dropped which made the room cooler but comes to find out there was a gap between the window and until which had a big amount of cold air from the outside come into the room. Very disappointed this stay compared to last year. Will not be returning. "
