"This property was a complete disaster, especially for a winter stay. From the owner's dismissive attitude to the unsafe and inadequate conditions, my experience was truly awful.First, communication with the owner was unacceptable. My concerns were met with a delayed and dismissive response. She clearly didn't care about the comfort or safety of her guests.The property itself is simply not suitable for cold weather.
