When I asked to change it, she told me that the room would cost more for the same type room. I argued with her so there was no additional charge. The ac/heating unit wasn’t working in the new room. The breakfast had fewer breakfast items than usual."

They said there was breakfast served but there was not.There was only 1/2 a cup of coffee.It was terrible!"
