Allerdings waren wir mit der Sauberkeit nicht voll zufrieden. Alles Geschirr und Kochutensilien mussten vor Benutzung ohne Ausnahme gereinigt werden. In Die Bäder waren teilweise in die Jahre gekommen und die Duschen schimmelig. Auch die Matratzen müssten an mancher Stelle ersetzt werden. Bei dem doch sehr hochpreisigen Objekt sollte nachgebessert werden. Die Investition in einen neuen Geschirrspüler würde sich lohnen. Gartenmöbel sind zum Großteil kaputt und müssen unbedingt ausgetauscht werden! Abgesehen davon hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub und haben das schöne Ambiente und das schöne Grundstück mit Pool sehr genossen. It was out of their hand, but they did everything they could to help customers. The manager lady was absolutely fantastic. Very helpful and compassionate, and the whole team of staff was excellent. We have been offered a room in another hotel, literally next door, that was closer to the beach, and very new, and room was spacious. And we could come back here to use the facilities, kids clubs, disco, pools and kids free meals and ice cream. Our daughter enjoyed every minute she spent there and wanted to stay longer. Pool was a bit cold but when you got used to it, it was fine, slides were great, and the splash park too. Not considering this little issue with the electricity, we would come back for sure.
