The Space:
The Location - Located only a short drive or easy walk to Mollymook Beach and Mollymook Golf Club - great for summer! Also located nearby is Ulladulla and Milton offering many cafes, restaurants and shops to wander through.

The House - Our Seaview holiday home will allow you to enjoy the ocean views and sea breeze from the front veranda, while cooking a BBQ for dinner!

This spacious home has a large open lounge area with a reverse cycle air-conditioner, dining room with ocean views and a large kitchen with a dishwasher.

Located on the ground floor is the laundry with washing machine andan additional toilet and shower. The laundry also provides access also to the large backyard - great area for the kids.

Upstairs features three bedrooms; one with a queen and the other two with two single beds as well as the bathroom, lounge room, dining area, and kitchen.

There is also a double garage available for guests use.

This property does not provide personal linen - sheets, towels, tea towels. You are able to hire linen when booking, which will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival.

Important Notes:
- Linen is NOT provided at this property. Please bring your own, or alternatively, contact our office for hire details.

- Strictly no pets
- Everyday items such as rubbish bags, cleaning products, soap, toilet paper etc are also not provided.
