UPMC Shadyside Tours and Activities

Location is great only for a one night stay if going to Acrisure stadium or PNC park. Hotel lobby and non-room areas are clean. However had multiple issues in room itself. Bathroom did not have an exhaust fan so even with leaving door open when showering the moisture accumulated through out the bathroom. Mold and mildew on tile in shower. Overall moisture issues in room-carpet in room/tile floor was damp and dirty. Bring sandals to wear in room or your feet will feel disgusting. We also had a leak in the ceiling from the room above dripping onto the tile in foyer area. Room service only comes every 3 days but can have towels or TP delivered to room. Only has valet parking available at $44 a day. But they were efficient in bringing the car when requested. Overall for a quick one night stay for games- it works. But quality of room is subpar so would not suggest for longer stays.
