« I arrived to check in at 5pm (check in starts at 4pm) and was told that the room that I had initially booked and paid extra for was already given to someone else. Other than that, the property was a older but well kept. The bar and restaurant was very good and convenient, The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. »

« The pool was closed for majority of our stay, breakfast was cold most days. Cheap ingredients and my fiancé had to fix the waffle machine herself as in the rep preparing breakfast instructed her to fix it vs fixing it for her. Expedia needs to update amenities that aren’t available prior to booking as we had already driven 14 there before finding out. »
