« We stayed in this lovely cottage while visiting family in Crisfield. The location is perfect, plenty of room with 3 separate bedrooms, a comfortable living room, and full access kitchen, washer/dryer and 1 bathroom. It was perfect. « Smith Island is remote, isolated, and a 45 minute ferry trip from Crisfield on lower Maryland's Eastern Shore.The house was recently renovated. It is very well furnished and equipt. Chris has a detailed handbook about what to expect on the island with names and phone numbers for residents who can provide services and give tours including the listing for the ferry boats. He is an engaged, conscientious and outstanding host who quickly and thoroughly responded to our questions. As a waterman...

« Even though we could only stay one night, we thoroughly enjoyed our time. So much detail to everything, games for kids, cleanliness, coffee for adults, its own little bird sanctuary out back with hummingbirds. The patriotic theme throughout was my favorite. « This property far exceeded our expectations! Megan’s communication and hospitality were exceptional often responding within minutes of sending questions about the property and surrounding area. She even went out of her way to research resources in the area ahead of our stay.
