Girls trip for my daughters birthday
I took my daughter and her two best friends to Tybee for a fun weekend. The accommodations were perfect for our group and the proximity to the beach was so nice. I loved that we were able to use the beach toys and chairs.

Great location and even greater response from owner/manager
This location is prime! 2 min walk to the beach.. I’m not kidding, it’s 2 min! From the deck you can see the ocean. The condo is huge, and perfectly placed furniture made it really comfortable for a family of 5 ! The owner is really quick to respond; we had the oven glass cover fall off mid-cooking and I let the owner know, the maintenance personnel was in the condo in 15 min to assess the issue, fixed it. It’s a gem! the condo has a separate locker in the garage where you can find chairs and beach toys , including the carrier to lug it to the beach! Great stay! Very friendly folks at Tybee Island!

Henry, I wish you had told me about the oven door? I didn't know it was broken. The elevator is owned & operated by the HOA, not us. But when you angrily called to tell me it was broken, I had the repair service there in hours and had it fixed. Future guests: if something is broken, please TELL US!! We don't always know otherwise since we don't live in the home.

This property is on the 3rd floor and property owner will not allow ac to be cut down below 70, which the temp in condo will reach near 80 during day. This should have been listed on listing. It makes for a miserable stay when it is hot when you try to sleep.

I think giving us a one star is VERY unfair. This gentleman called within 20 minutes of checking in to say the ac wouldn't go below 70. I told him this was the case and the owner's would not budge. ALL thermostats at all of our properties are set like this. If they were not, people would abuse the HVAC systems & the owners would be paying thousands monthly in power bills. Rodney said to me "I'm a big man & need it to be lower". Never heard from him again during his stay. I vehemently disagree that the interior temps were ever at 80 if he had the thermostat set at 70. The owners JUST a few months ago, replaced the HVAC systems. They work perfectly & accurately. There are also ceiling fans in ALL rooms & an extra fan in a closet, that I told the guest about. If anyone has special needs, please inquire about your needs PRIOR to booking. Leaving us a bad review for this home is VERY unfair & disappointing.

The balconies of this 3rd floor room really extended our encounter with the natural beauty of the island. With the help of a cardboard tray cut from a discarded box, we managed to put together a 1000 piece puzzle enjoy the outdoors (the angle protects well from the wind). We could enjoy the sunrises from the balcony, or via the very short walk to the beach. While playing games in the evening, we did wish the great room would have better lighting, but over all a fun and relaxing place!

The only issue we ran into was the big tub would not plug and hold water which was disappointing because the soak tub was one of the reasons we chose this room. Also, the hot water ran out very quickly so we had to space showers. But, overall, a very nice stay

Place is great but the tub was disappointing. It wouldn’t hold water and it also was hard to even turn on. It was disappointing because our 2 year old thought it was neat to have a “pool” that big in the bathroom.

We had a wonderful time on Tybee at this location. So close to shops, restaurants, ice cream and the beach. The pavilion and pier were nearby as well. The rooms were well decorated and very comfortable. We'd love to come back!

Great long weekend getaway
Tybee Island is a great place to stay! This property was on the 3rd floor with a wonderful balcony to gather after a day exploring. Great view and a short walk to the beach, city pier, downtown shops and restaurants. Recommend renting a car to have as golf cart rentals are booked up.

Condo was 1 building off the ocean, even still with a slight view. Located 1 block from 18th street beach access and probably 5 blocks from the main street with restaurants and bars. Property management was very responsive and helpful.

Elopement weekend
The condo was amazing! Perfect location, quiet neighborhood, and clean. The ad was misleading as it said you did not have to be a certain age to rent but that was not correct when I received the contract. It did not effect me but could be a problem for someone else. The contract really through me off because it is very lengthy in rules and regulations placed by the owner of the property that they fail to list on their ad. You receive the contract right after booking so with no refunds available this is a trap into following their rules. I didn’t have issues with the rules as it was my husband, our son, and his parents staying only and we are all very relaxed people. However, some rules such as not being allowed on the balcony past 9 pm would have been nice to know prior to booking. The lady I was in contact with was also very abrupt when I asked her questions. They sent me 2 very lengthy emails with all the details and when I missed some of the instructions in said emails she refused to answer them and told me to read the emails again. Communication was not pleasant but they do give you all the info needed in the emails. Basically, once you get there everything is wonderful. The booking process is terrible.

Guests placed reservation online without reading our contract (checked the box). Yes, it is 2 page contract. We provided self check in instructions, they didn't like to read again how to get the key and get in the building. They assumed that someone will meet them. We provide all information about the condo, what we provide and our recommendations, but you must read email or House Manual.

The previous people that stayed here smoked and we found cigars everywhere also the online listing said that 1 room had 2 queen beds. That was a lie. The neighbors were loud and obscene with their languge and the door to elevator downstairs was broken. Other than that the location is great its not too far from everything

Perfect spot
Super spacious and clean. We are always looking at ease of walking back and forth to the beach as well as walk-able dining. This unit is great. Top floor with a nice view and it was quiet. It was nice to bring back take out and sit at the large outdoor table on the balcony. I look forward to booking again in the future.

The bedrooms were very nice. The pocket doors were stuck at first. Kitchen nicely stocked. Master bath shower was so roomy but overhead 🚿 and jets would make it so much better. Loved our girls trip stay there.

We want to thank you for the great place to stay while visiting the Savannah area. Was a great location. Close to beach with a nice view from balcony. Clean and with good size rooms. Everything was as advertised if not better. Tybee Island has plenty to offer for food and entertainment. Cab ride to Savannah was no problem and not overly long. We will most definitely be coming back.

Excellent location; great property for family getaway (BLAZING INTERNET SPEED!)
My family came down for an intergenerational beach trip (grandparents, parents and two toddlers). We had a great time and hope to be back. These were the key things we liked about the property. Excellent location: (i) one house off the beach, (ii) a good view of the ocean from the balcony (plus the sound of waves crashing), (iii) close enough to downtown Tybee that anything you need or want is within a five minute walk, (iv) but far enough from downtown Tybee that you don’t have bar traffic right on top of you. Great property for family getaway. The three bedrooms worked great for our family configuration. It would also work well for two families with young kids who could pile into the third bedroom together. A full kitchen allowed us to stock up and save money / eat healthier by cooking in a fair amount. The elevator is a HUGE plus, too, if you’ve got mobility-limited folks in the mix, like we did. We found the photos and description in the listing to be accurate. BLAZING INTERNET SPEED! Like a lot of folks, we tend to need connectivity and an ability to continue to work reliably some while on vacation. It is important enough that, for most travel, connectivity is a gating item for picking a rental. Nowadays, most places do have wifi, but the actual reliability and speed can be all over the map and sometimes pretty bad. The connection speed in this condo was very good and noticeably faster than at my actual office, which made life much easier and less stressful juggling obligations, etc. Last but not least, all interactions with the owner and her colleagues were courteous, timely and easy.

First, the good. Hubby and I went for a quick weekend getaway. Condo was very clean. It had all the needed items in the kitchen. Very spacious. Location was great. Beach was right down the street. Views of beach from condo are ok. You see the ocean from the side of the building. 2 balconies. One huge. The one off the master bedroom smaller, but great sunsets from that angle. Now, the not so good. Decor is a bit dated. Big armours hold the tv's in all 3 areas. Only one updated tv and it's small. The other 2 tv's are super old heavy ones. The one thing that really bothered us was that, even though we know you go for the beach and outside, at the end of the day...you want to relax. There was no couch to cuddle up on to watch tv. The couch was placed way across the room from the tv. Only 2 very uncomfortable chairs were available to pull up and watch. Not obsessed with tv, just a weird layout. Buildings are VERY close together, so keep that in mind. All in all, an ok trip.
