Inside, the condo features a bright open-concept layout designed for comfort and easy coastal living. The living area includes a queen sleeper sofa, comfortable seating, and a flat-screen TV, creating a relaxed space to unwind after a day at the beach. Sliding glass doors open directly to a private ocean-view balcony, where guests can enjoy morning coffee, evening breezes, and views of the resort pools and Atlantic horizon.

The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, ample counter space, and everything needed for preparing meals during your stay. A connected dining area offers comfortable seating for shared meals and family gatherings, making the space ideal for both short getaways and extended stays.

Designed to comfortably accommodate up to six guests, The Vue 233 features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed with access to a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom, which can also be accessed from the hallway for added convenience.

What is parking like for this home?
Guests will have access to parking for up to two standard vehicles, including covered parking within the Beachside Colony Resort structure. Please note that oversized vehicles may have restrictions due to height clearance. If your group is traveling with additional vehicles, parking may be available at the Oceanfront Cottage Rentals office with advance approval. Please contact our team prior to arrival so we can assist with parking arrangements.

Traveling with a pet?
We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $95 pet fee (non-refundable) for your first pet, and $65 for your second pet, with a 20 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information. Please review pet policies prior to booking.
