The nice thing there was very good air conditioning and I could stay in a comfortable place when I had to stay in. I wouldn't recommend it for handicapped people, but for me. I'm in early stages and really didn't know how I would respond. We made the best of it and this was a very nice place to do that again. Not recommended for handicap, but since I was able to navigate up-and-down the stairs in the stage I'm in. It was a great place and the host was wonderful and very responsive. I'm happy to say. It's a great place for someone to come, but just be aware of the stairs and I was okay with stairs up until that day, but only because of the heat and we made the best of it and i'm glad we had a nice place to stay good air conditioning. ##### Charlotte O. The only issue I had was that it's a basement apartment with very small windows and I don't handle that well. We've stayed in the upstairs unit before and never noticed the unit below, but the same can't be said for the lower unit. Our upstairs neighbors had a screaming child in the middle of the night for several hours, but that is no fault of the host. But the stairs were really steep and I almost fell twice. The place itself was fine. The people above we very noisy and it sounded like they were stomping on my head. After the first night I called my contact person and told her that I was not going to be able to stay there and I wanted a refund.
