One of the bed is on the loft..ladder to get to it is tricky to get down. Unlees you're 6ft tall and strong enough to left over head, let the host know you be using. Otherwise you'd have message the host. Response was quick for us but things come up sometimes. We walked in and immediately loved the place, It was perfect for my 96-year-old father and myself. And! Yes! The kitchenette was actually functional. We had all we needed to make our breakfast and lunch and of course we had to eat at the steakhouse for dinner. The waitress, Z and the cook were fantastic, too.
