Well we had issues with our key card from day one. We had them replaced three times and they would still give us problems trying to unlock our door. We spent on average 5 min trying to get our door unlocked every time. No help from front desk. We were on first floor as we had a dog, and the exit door to the parking lot did not lock and one evening we came back and there were homeless couple in a car parked right near door and they could have come in. Another thing I found annoying is that being on ground floor our window gave to parked cars and anyone could see into room, so we had to keep blind down all the time! I have never been to a hotel where there has not been some sort of privacy curtain, but lets you see outside. Needless to say we will not be staying at a My place again.
