« Le séjour n’a pas eu lieu, l’état général de la chambre, son odeur, la présence d’insectes et les taches sur les draps et serviettes nous ont dissuadé de rester. Les photos du site et la description ne reflètent en rien la réalité. Et l’hôtel a un sens du service client déplorable, malgré notre totale déception aucun dédommagement financier ne nous a été accordé alors que nous avons décidé de ne pas rester, simplement une proposition de changer de chambre qui n’aurait rien résolu, la propreté et...

« We had a nice stay here… the owner was there to greet us when we arrived to check in, and even though we were early, he had our room ready and allowed us to check in early. He was friendly and even gave us a few recommendations of where to visit while we stayed. We stayed in a traditional ondol room, so it was nostalgic for me, having grown up in Jeonju, but if you’re not accustomed to sleeping on the floor, you might want to opt for a room that has a bed. « Dowon Guesthouse is a wonderful place to stay. The Hanok is pretty, and the location is very good. Walking distance to the Hanok village. The guesthouse owner is so kind and friendly. She helped us a lot and made our stay very pleasant. I really recommend staying at this Hanok. »

Concernant la literie La plus epaisse,les ressorts sont saillants. Les 2 autres plus fines de style sur matelas fatigué. En résumé, une mauvaise experience. C est la première fois avec hotel.com.. »

"Le séjour n’a pas eu lieu, l’état général de la chambre, son odeur, la présence d’insectes et les taches sur les draps et serviettes nous ont dissuadé de rester. Les photos du site et la description ne reflètent en rien la réalité. Et l’hôtel a un sens du service client déplorable, malgré notre totale déception aucun dédommagement financier ne nous a été accordé alors que nous avons décidé de ne pas rester, simplement une proposition de changer de chambre qui n’aurait rien résolu, la propreté et l’hygiène est une affaire générale, pourquoi ne concernerait-elle qu’une seule chambre??!?!! "
