We enjoyed our stay. The team were very kind. The hotel and rooms spotless. The room had heated floors! Comfy beds! Great location, walking distance to all the major sites. One note, the use of perfume/air freshener was too much in the room and in the hallway.

Nothing bad to say about The Vincent. The staff is very friendly and the facilities were excellent. Warning for western foreigners: breakfast is a kind of typical porridge (kind of bland), so if it's not your thing, count on having breakfast somewhere else (plenty of good options nearby).

Charming hotel and great value for money

This hotel was great value for money. The staff were very helpful and absolutely lovely. The room was a decent size with a huge TV. We could walk to the historic village in just a few minutes. Would definitely recommend

Very nice staff

Staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was good, although the bed was not the most comfortable and the lighting (especially in the bathroom) was terrible. Overall, nice stay.

Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Rooms also included 75" TV. Staff spoke enough English to facilitate communication and also provided an early check-in due to and earlier than expected arrival. On my next visit to Jeonju, this will be the first place I look to make a booking.

Pros: Spacious room, bright, clean, good location in walking distance to Hanok village and many restaurants. Welcome drink - beer was nice. Bus from train station stop across hotel. Hotel looks new. Cons: No shower screen or shower curtain. Whole bathroom will be wet after shower.

As mentioned in my other review there was a large drink bottle left on the window sill behind the curtain and a wet towel in the bath. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is only just ok. Very average. I could hear people through the walls. The hotel is in a good location. The shower sprays water everywhere as poor design .

Bellissimo hotel nuovo a. 2 passi dal villaggio hanok e dalla via dei negozi . Stanza spaziosa pulita letto comodo , accappatoi che fanno sempre piacere , acqua a volontร  . Fermata del bus davanti lโ€™hotel , colazione compresa il porridge coreano ma potete acquistare caffรจ . In bagno cโ€™รจ una tenda che separa la doccia dal resto del bagno ( come ogni bagno coreano ) ma cโ€™รจ una vasca sopra il soffione che non risolve il problema ma aiuta . Super super consigliato anche per il prezzo conveniente . Il personale parla inglese

Hotel nuovo e pulito a pochi passi dallโ€™Hanok village e dalla via dei negozi. Stanza spaziosa letto comodo , accappatoi. La colazione compresa comprende solo i L porridge coreano , eventuale caffรจ si paga. Per quanto riguarda la doccia , cโ€™รจ una tendina che la separa dal resto del bagno , nella doccia hanno messo una vasca che non risolve molto la situazione poichรฉ non raccoglie tutta lโ€™acqua perciรฒ di fatto รจ come tutte le altre docce della Corea , purtroppo . Il personale parla un buon inglese . Nel complesso lo consiglio sia per posizione sia per pulizia . Fermata del bus propio di fronte.
