Nice place in the middle of the ski resort
Nice hotel which is partly renovated. Great spa with 2 different saunas and delicious breakfast served. Very nice and highly recommend this place!

Perfect Stay
77 Perfect stay Review of Aparthotel Dorfplatzl Pending review I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, and it was perfect. I checked in late at night and got my car stuck in the snow. The owner checked me in, came to bring all my luggage up to my room, and and took care of my car! He also answered all my questions about skiing and where to go when, etc. The room was spotless and very comfortable. It had a mini kitchen fully equipped (which I did not use). Breakfast was very good and had a lot of choices. The pizza restaurant on the main floor is also very good, great prices and great service. There is a small grocery store next door that has a lot of choices. The hotel is located 50m from the ski bus to take you to the Glacier, and 200m from the gondola to go ski in Mayrhofen area (and you can also ski back all the way down vs. having to take the gondola back down). Both owners are very nice and helpful and know everything related to skiing in the area. Every suggestion they made worked out perfectly. I will definitely stay there again the next time I go to this area.

The apartment was spacious and clean. I was able to put ski lift tickets on my hotel tab. It has a great location with a wonderful restuarant and small market underneath it. The onsite parking was wonderful. The reception area is not manned constantly so you may have to wait for someone after calling them on the provided phone, but you get friendly and courteous service from the owners. The only negative is that you have to pay a special cleaning fee for use of the apartment's kitchen utensils and appliances even if you do not use them or if clean up after yourself.

Perfect retreat. Amazing hosts.
First rate all the way! Loved the hotel and area. The two hosts are lovely and helpful and genuinely friendly. Loved the warm greeting and good-bye. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The shower alone makes the trip worthwhile. Nice restaurant on site and great grocery store just below hotel.

Couldn't get much better
Five days here was bliss! All the staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. Breakfast was great to prepare for a day up the mountain and the accessibility to the free skibus could not have been easier. Having the pizzeria, supermarket and hotel facilities (eg. Ski storage, gym and sauna) all in one building made for a very convenient and hassle free stay. Well done team!

Fantastiskt rakt igenom.
Helt fantastiskt välkomnande av en man i receptionen. Jättefin service, en utav de absolut bästa jag varit med om i mitt liv. Fina, rymliga, moderna och mycket fräscha rum med sköna sängar. Supertrevlig restaurang med god mat, trevlig personal och hög service. Hotellet ligger dessutom magiskt vackert i en dal. Nästa gång jag är i Österrike är detta ett SJÄLVKLART val för mig.

Überaus freundliche und entgegenkommende Hotelbesitzer. Sehr schöner, moderner Sauna-Bereich, Appartements sehr funktional eingerichtet. Pizzas im Restaurant sehr empfehlenswert, Tukkser Wein unbedingt probieren. Einzig die Tische im Restaurant waren etwas zu groß, sodass ich mich doch etwas entfernt sitzend von meiner Frau fühlte. Für Selbstversorger gibt es direkt im Hotelgebäude integriert einen kleinen Supermarkt.

Herzlich geführtes Familienunternehmen! Sehr gut geeignet für Familien mit Kind(ern). Das Frühstück kann mit der Auswahl an Speisen locker mit denen der großen Hotels mithalten! Auch die Auswahl im Mini-Supermarkt ist hervorragend. Und erst die angebundene Pizzeria.. da macht der Super Salat seinem Namen alle Ehre!👍👍👍

Ett jättebra hotell där ägarna var oerhört hjälpsamma och vänliga. Restaurang/pizzeria och affär finns i samma hus. Hotellet ligger i en mindre by med bergen tätt inpå. Mycket vackrare och lugnare än i Mayerhofen (som är ett större samhälle). Vi kan varmt rekommendera detta boende och vi kommer gärna tillbaka!!

Ein toller Aufenthalt
Wir waren auf der Durchreise und hatten daher nur für eine Nacht gebucht. Das Hotel war ein Traum! Es liegt wunderschön inmitten der Berge in Tux, umringt von wenigen anderen Hotels. Das Hotel selbst ist ein Familienbetrieb und daher sehr an der Zurfriedenheitsstellung ihrer Gäste interessiert. Am Tag unserer Ankunft wurden wir lächelnd gefragt, ob wir ein kostenfreies Upgrade in eine Suite bevorzugen würden, was wir mit Freude annahmen. Grund hierfür war die Saison (Nebensaison) und die daraus resultierende niedriege Nachfrage nach Zimmern. Auch der Hoteleigene Spa-Bereich wurde uns direkt angeboten. Das Hotel an sich ist sehr sauber, warm und teilweise luxuriös eingerichtet. Die Suite ist sehr groß und für 4 Personen ausgerichtet. Es gibt eine große Terasse, die man vom Schlafzimmer sowie vom Wohnzimmer aus erreichen kann. Der Blick auf die Berge war sehr romantisch. Am Nachmittag wurde das hoteleigene Restaurant geöffnet, welches sehr gute hausgemachte Pizzen serviert. Natürlich aus einem Steinofen. In der happy hour von 17 - 18 Uhr zahlt man für jede Pizza nur 6,50€ und es ist auch eine selbstkreierte für den gleichen Preis möglich. Auch hier konnte der Service wieder Punkten. Die Rechnung ist auf die Hotelrechnung übertragbar, sodass am Ende des Aufenthaltes alles bezahlt werden kann. Der Spa-Bereich ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt eine Sauna, Infrarotkabine, Fußbad, Ruheplatz und eine kleine Tee- und Wasserspenderecke, sowie Saunatücher.

Super Hotel: freundliches Personal, tolle Lage
Mein Partner und ich haben ein verlängertes Wochenende in dem Hotel verbracht und es war einfach super. Das Personal war super freundlich, man war sehr aufmerksam und immer gut drauf. Es wurde sogar darauf geachtet, was man am liebsten beim frühstücken isst und am nächsten Tag gab es mehr davon. Das Zimmer war sehr großzügig und toll eingerichtet. Die Einrichtung ist nicht mehr die neuste und vielleicht auch nicht sonderlich modern, trotzdem war alles sehr sauber, intakt und ordentlich. Wir würden immer wieder kommen!
