The gentleman that checked us in wouldn't even look at me when I was talking to him, something I personally find rude and unprofessional - but that's the only thing I wasn't happy with during our stay. One feature I really enjoyed was being able to cast to the TV from my smartphone (as I hate logging into to streaming apps with my info on a "strange" TV.
