Staying at the oasis is actually been an oasis it starts from as soon as you get to the resort they greet you personally they treat you like a special guest with cold towels and local tropical drinks. They have you already ready to go into your room they show you around what’s available and they just want you to have a great vacation Everyone there was super polite super personal and I would definitely go again. It really made the vacation easy and fun.

Very near to the world's best beach a.k.a. Grace Bay. The service is excellent and staff are very very helpful. They can pick and drop from the beach any time you want. Nice swimming pool and easy access to beach towels. The hotel has a nice restaurant on site that serves delicious pizzas. Plenty of parking spaces if travelling by car and free parking as well. The hotel is in the main area near both the beach and downtown, with plenty of local shops nearby.

Beautiful property with friendly staff. Very clean! I like that I was provided a passcode instead of a room key. The code was more convenient than trying to keep up with a room key card. Will definitely remember this property to friends and family!

The property grounds is very beautiful but the room has some mechanical issues like broke curtains and doors. The staff is excellent and so friendly! The restaurant is average. Overall the hotel is very romantic.

The staff is wonderful in every way...responsive, helpful and cheerful. Would love to have a workout facility on campus, but understand space limitations. Complimentary hot coffee for guests early morning would be a nice addition.

Everything was excellent except the shower was an accident waiting to happen. The shower floor was very slick with no hand rails, the rainfall shower head was placed in the middle of the shower past the glass shower door. The shower sprayed all over the bathroom floor and drained across the floor. We made a towel dam to stop the water. The staff was very friendly and always asking if we needed anything or needed help. This is a very relaxing property but missing a view.

Resort is nice and clean with friendly staff. Shuttle to and from beach is available when requested and only 3-4 minutes from the hotel. I would not hesitate booking this resort again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Oasis. The property is a beautiful, lush garden. Our room was awesome with a huge balcony and outdoor shower which was lovely. Everything was so comfortable and relaxing! The beach area is the best we saw on Grace Bay Beach with very comfortable lounges, pillows and food and drinks available. E-bikes and bicycles were a little “tired” but usable and much appreciated to bike to the grocery store and around the island. Just much attention to detail throughout this hotel. Staff very responsive to any issues that occur. Would definitely recommend!!

Great location even though not beachfront convenient walk or shuttle to beach. Beautiful grounds. Felt like we had our own private pool! Staff was amazing except for manager not returning calls. Only negative was unit below us was being renovated during the day and was VERY noisy. Two days we were notified about it but at least three other days no notice was given. Noise really reverberated through the cement floor. When we called we were told manager was at lunch and would call us back, Never happened. They should have moved us to another unit right away!

This hotel was incredible. I got the room upgrade through VIP status and went from a small room to a two bedroom poolside suite. Even though you’re technically not on the beach the beach is a short walk/shuttle ride away (under 5 mins). I loved the intimate feel of the hotel and it really feels like luxury at an affordable rate.

The Oasis exceeded our expectations in all areas! Beautiful, Immaculate property and exceptionally clean, well kept. All staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and well taken care of. Very convenient location and only 5 minute walk to the beach, plus they provide a shuttle to the beach too. The website photos do not do this place justice. The on-site restaurant was also beautifully designed and food was delicious. Thank you especially to the restaurant manager Victor for making our stay amazing.

The property is an oasis within paradise. The scale is small enough that you feel like you're in a private resort. Ample loungers around the pools and a super clean room. The evening ritual of tikki torch lighting and lanterns on the steps with a nice, intimate touch. The beach area is upscale and private, within walking or (provided) golf cart access. Only concern is the restauant pricing and service, which leaves much to be desired, especially given the competition within walking distance. All in all a fantastic experience that we would recommend to others. Thank you, Oasis at Grace Bay!

We just got back from a weeks stay at Oasis Grace Bay. I can without a doubt say that staying at this property was the highlight of our trip! Every morning I looked forward to visiting Miss Ruth at the hotel's on site restaurant, Trattoria Isolana for coffee and muffins. Her smile is infectious and the food at this restaurant, especially lunch, is the best we had on the island. We grabbed a golf cart ride every morning to Grace Bay Beach (3 min ride) Widley is the best chauffeur! I was amazed at the private set up on the beach exclusively for Oasis guests, from the comfortable loungers, umbrellas, and the ability to order food and drinks delivered right to your beach chair. This stay was a true definition of a relaxing vacation thanks to the hard working staff at Oasis, your attention to details does not go unnoticed! Lastly a shout out to Ron, the resident taxi chauffeur, of Family Taxi. It was a pleasure making your acquaintance Sir and thank you for making our airport transfer so easy! We would absolutely stay at Oasis again, it is such a beautiful, clean property. We miss it already!

We had a great stay at Oasis! It was so relaxing and our Birrhday vacation was amazing! The staff was so friendly and kept everything so clean and neat. There aren’t many food options at this hotel, but it’s close-by a lot of places, which was a plus! You can even rent at a bike at the hotel and go for a ride to locL shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend Oasis at Grace Bay in TCI!

I’ll be back!
My stay at Oasis was all I hoped it would be. Many thanks to all of the gracious staff members who contributed to that! The hotel grounds were clean and well-maintained. The rooms were clean and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable, and I had everything I needed from nice toiletries to robes to umbrellas. I found it quiet at night and felt very safe. I ate the majority of my meals at the hotel restaurant, Trattoria Isolana, and thought they were all very good with fresh ingredients. I loved that there was food and drink service on the beach. I never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a golf cart shuttle to the beach. There is a cut-through pedestrian route to the beach. Admittedly it is not at all scenic (through an unpaved parking lot, past dumpsters, lots of trash), but it is truly only 3 minutes and came in handy for the mornings I wanted to walk on the beach at sunrise before the shuttle started. There are plenty of chairs & umbrellas. I took advantage of the yoga and massage amenities. There is a lovely yoga area nestled in a grove of palm trees. It is right next to the parking lots, so not completely quiet. Yoga mats, blocks, and bolsters are provided. I also found a yoga studio within a 10- minute walk of the studio, Tri-Island Yoga. The outdoor massage area was very nice with a wonderful breeze although it too is next to the parking lot and there was some noise from cars and landscaping. I had two massages from Janessa at the Family Spa, and they were great!

The name Oasis says it all. We had a wonderful time. Beautifully decorated and landscaped, staff went above and beyond, room was spotless and comfortable. Excellent location. Loved the golf cart shuttle to the beach, comfy beach loungers 2nd convenient food delivery and cold water dispenser. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Absolutely loved it!
