Friendly warm and very helpful staff with Excellant food options in their in house dining.

The most delightful and relaxing stay in Hong Kong. The staff made everything seamless, the executive lounge is a nice add-on to the already superb breakfast buffet. I heard that locals would come for the seafood buffets but I am not a fan of sea food so didn’t get to try it. The room is spotless, and service is prompt! Even though it is close to the airport, the noise level is probably DB10! Feel like home and rest so well. The hotel provides free shuttles to the airport and to the local MTR....

I was very surprised that the hotel room was so cleaned and the design was so updated. Air condition is perfect! Room size is better than other Hotels.

Great little place. The surrounding area is beautiful, and the rooms are well-maintained with good air conditioning. It is a little bit of a walk from the main road, but the walk itself is pleasant, and directions on the path to the guesthouse make it easy for your first time finding it.

Everyone at the front desk and restaurant were helpful with inquiries. Shuttle service was impeccable!

Room clean staff is nice I will stay again next time

Great hotel for our Disney stay. Room was perfect size for the family. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool is great for kids of all ages. A great way to spend the morning before heading to the parks. Shuttle bus to the park is frequent, the walk to the park is 15 mins and nice when it’s not too warm. We only ate at the bistro on property, food was decent Transit access into downtown is accessible and easy to navigate. Clean, well maintained, excellent staff.this is our second...

Super clean, friendly, excellent view and staff.

It was really clean, modern and well kept. I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were also kind and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

The property safe and quiet

Good view and good service !

The hotel boasts a prime location with excellent transportation links. The hotel facilities are new, and there's a Michelin-starred Vietnamese restaurant downstairs with surprisingly affordable prices. The hotel's decor is stylish, and the staff are friendly and professional. This time, I chose a higher floor with stunning views of the Victoria Harbour skyline. A truly comfortable stay. This is my first Solo trip, thanks for everything, give me great impression of hongkong

Ideal for airport stays, they have shuttle every 30 mins , early morning to midnight.

happy and cheerful employees

Hotel is located near the financial district area it is quiet but also near some tourist areas. I loved walking on the connected bridge to the central station. The park nearby is great. The Henderson building nearby is beautiful, lots of landmarks nearby. The hotel itself is beautiful, spacious.

Excellent hotel with wonderful staff! The hotel is connected to Langham Place mall so easy to go shopping without dealing with hot, humid weather. Very convenient location: the airport (A21) bus stop and Mong Kok station are 4-5 minute walk while restaurants, shops, markets are all nearby. Would highly suggest booking a club room: the club lounge perks are worth it. Private check in/check out on the 36th floor. Club lounge access with breakfast, afternoon tea and happy hour. The staff in the...

Overall great hotel. The rooms are new and clean. The lobby is extremely small so you have to go through people to get to the elevators (not really convenient if you have lots of luggage). Staff and cleaning staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The area around the hotel can be quite seedy at night. Despite, these small issues we would stay again as a layover.
