All are nestled in a small oasis surrounded by beautiful tropical vegetation. Take a dip in the large pool, relax on the comfortable loungers right by the water’s edge, host a barbecue on the large, fully equipped terrace, or borrow bikes for free to go for a nice ride.

The apartments, featuring handmade furniture crafted from sustainable local wood and blending classic Italian elegance with boho-chic charm, are equipped with all the amenities and comforts you need: fans, AC, safe, fiber-optic Wi-Fi, linens, towels, hair dryer, microwave, coffee maker, blender, refrigerator, kitchen with oven, and everything you need. This space is ideal for making you feel right at home, so you can enjoy a vacation in the comfort and relaxation of the Caribbean Riviera Maya.

If you need to work, you can use the work area with a chair and desk in your apartment, or you can take advantage of the garden area under the palapa, which has electrical outlets and fiber-optic Wi-Fi.

The accommodations are located in one of Tulum’s newest and liveliest neighborhoods, La Veleta.
You’ll experience a dynamic and vibrant local atmosphere, full of all kinds of shops: bars, restaurants, street food, motorcycle rentals, grocery stores, fruit stands, and everything you need. Just a few minutes away, you’ll find downtown Tulum, the Caribbean Sea (accessible via nearby Kukulcan Road), the archaeological site, and the bus station.

HOUSE RULES

The base price of the apartment is for two people. Each additional person, up to a maximum of 4, must pay a nightly surcharge.
When possible, early check-in is available for a fee: from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, the cost is 500 pesos; from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, the cost is 250 pesos
Late check-out is available for a fee when possible: from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., the fee is 250 pesos
When leaving the apartment, please turn off the air conditioners, fans, and lights to help protect the environment. From midnight to 8:00 a.m., please keep the noise down out of consideration for the rest of the building. Guests not included in the reservation are not permitted to enter the property unless expressly authorized by the host
Guest responsibilities regarding bicycle use.
1 Free use of bicycles is subject to availability. Bicycles are loaned with a lock and key, which must be returned when the bicycle is returned. 2 “Tua Tulum” is not liable for any event or accident caused by the bicycle user—whether to themselves, to property, or to third parties—and the user shall be responsible for any resulting expenses. 3 In the event of damage to the loaned bicycle, the user must cover the repair costs. 4 It is the guest’s responsibility to secure the bicycle with a lock and keep it in plain sight; in the event of theft, failure to return the bicycle, or irreparable damage, the guest must compensate for the damage equivalent to the bicycle’s current list price.
