Coco Hacienda is a beautiful boutique hotel. It is near the city center so there a lot of vehicles but once you're inside the hotel it feels like you're in another world. It is surrounded by huge trees and it is a haven for birds. Breakfast is filling, yoghurt, fruits, toast, and eggs. The staff is wonderful, Christopher, Eliseo, Manuel, Felipe, Giovana, Lucy (sorry I forgot the names of the other staff). The rooms are perfect, it was exactly where I wanted to stay for a relaxing Tulum vacation.

Wonderful!
Everything about Coco Hacienda was great! Our room was amazing and comfortable, the grounds beautiful and the staff very friendly and helpful. We asked for local recommendations regarding activities for the day using bikes(Cenotes/beach and the Tulum Ruins) and they were spot on. Breakfast was great as well. It's located walking distance to the shops etc. Recommend staying here!

Really great value boutique in walking distance from central Pueblo. The property feels like a little oasis away from the major highway passed just in front of hotel.

Amazing trip for my wife's birthday. Staff was excellent and the room was gorgeous and romantic. Breakfast was included and it was way above average. We were very pleasantly surprised.

Loved coco Hacienda. It’s an oasis of calm in lovely gardens in the chaotic Tulum town. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room (we were in Palma) was really spacious, comfortable and clean. The gardens and pool areas were lovely to relax in. Only downside is you could here the busy main road from our room - could be problematic for light sleepers. Loved the sound of the birds and wildlife within coco in the mornings though!

This hotel was the highlight of our trip to Tulum! It's an oasis in the busy city, a paradise of calm and privacy. Our room was incredible, spacious, with an outdoor patio and beautiful decor. We were surrounded by the beautiful garden and felt very in touch with nature. We could not have stayed in a better place in Tulum. Shout out to the friendly staff and the incredible restaurant, we had literally the best time!

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. The grounds were lovely the staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms and big, clean and comfortable, and it’s within easy walking distance to the main area of downtown Tulum. The only one negative thing I would mention is there is no fridge in the room, or cups, or kettle etc. they did provide us with a bucket with some ice when requested though. Would highly recommend this hotel

Beautiful oasis on the edge of the downtown area. We spent 4 nights in January. The staff was very friendly and helpful ( Filipe our server deserves special attention) and food at restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced. Our room was beautiful, spacious with an oversized ornate bathroom. Highly recommend to anybody spending time in Tulum

We really, really loved our stay here. We found it to be very relaxing and beautiful. The bathrooms are a bit outdated but whatever ! Would definitely stay here again.

It was extremely peaceful and the staff were so nice and full of joy and calmness. I really enjoy it. The room was super specious and the bathroom was huge! The decoration of the bedroom was super unique. I will definitely come back. It is far from the beach the taxis can cost $30-$35 dollars from the hotel to the beach but been far away from the craziness makes everything worth it.

I liked this hotel well enough. It is set on well manicured grounds. I was given a room next to reception which wasn't one of the better ones. It was very basic and dark, no amenities like mini fridge etc. The tv had internet but no cable. The wifi barely worked at all. The restaurant was good for breakfast and snacks, but it closes at 5p. The staff was great- friendly and helpful. There are 2 pools. Overall though it was the location that was disappointing. Tulum pueblo is a fairly ugly town set along a noisy highway. This hotel is on the edge of town so it requires a lot of walking along that highway to get anywhere, and is a 20-30 min taxi ride to the beach. I enjoyed my stay there overall, but if I went back to Tulum I would stay in the beach area instead.

Here the crafts, Cenotes, Laguna, 10 minutes from the Archaeological zone of Tulum are the easy options once here. . Come back whenever you want and Coco Hacienda will be your second home.

This unique boutique hotel was beyond measure one the most beautiful properties I have seen. From the privacy, to the jungle like atmosphere, this is a true gem of an establishment. I must say the pictures do not do this place justice because Coco Hacienda blew our expectations out of the water! In addition, the staff was amazing as well. My girlfriend and I were treated like family and came to know the staff by name. The onsite bar and restaurant (Hell Yeah) was also exceptional and led by amazing management as well. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Coco Hacienda! We stayed five days at this beautiful boutique hotel and enjoyed every minute of it! The hotel is located on the edge of Tulum Centro so out of the hustle and bustle. It is located in a former tree nursery so the garden setting is wonderful! The Zen pool area is terrific and private, the restaurant is conveniently located and has a delicious selection of affordable food items that they deliver to your room if desired. Our room was beautifully furnished with a romantic canopy bed, thatched roof and roomy bathroom with a terrific spa tub! But without a doubt the best thing about Coco Hacienda is their warm and wonderful people! We had a excellent check in and they gave us excellent advice for our ocean front dining for our anniversary dinner. And it all starts at the top and the Director of Guest Services Claudia was really the best! All her employees from the groundskeepers, security guard, restaurant employees and front desk personnel seem genuinely happy with their work and find satisfaction in making the most of your stay and Claudia leads the way in insuring her guests are comfortable and well taken care of! I highly recommend this charming hotel to any visitor to Tulum who is looking for affordable accommodations and a beautiful place with superior service! We plan to return next fall and stay longer! At Coco Hacienda you will definitely feel comfortable and cared for by their excellent staff! A real gem in Tulum!
