    Kitchen, close to cenotes, nice walking area, park, dog-friendly spot.
    Close to food stalls, restaurants, pizza places, and burger joints. It’s a great place for diving.
    If you leave the air conditioner on all day, you’ll be charged for the extra electricity usage.
    No smoking in the apartment
    No parties
    No fights
    You must specify how many people are staying to get the pool pass.
    It’s in a shared building where the patio is common. There is a door to the patio that is locked for privacy.
