"This hotel is beautiful, very well located, exceptionally clean… the room is cozy, comfortable, well designed, and the shower is amazing!! But what made our short stay exceptional was the service: Yesenia, who checked us in in the evening, was very courteous and friendly, took our needs in consideration, and made us feel very welcomed - a 5 stars check in experience; our server at breakfast was so nice; and then Maria at the front desk in the afternoon was so sweet to us while I hung out for hours at the lobby with my toddler - she made sure to make us comfortable as well as welcomed! Absolutely great service!"

"We were greeted well by staff. Breakfast Staff did not fill foods in a timely manner a lot of empty food trays. Garbage cans in dining areas were overflowing with garbage falling out and things stacked on top of receptacles. Our bathroom had a crack in the wall of shower. Toilet seat didn’t stay put. The soap in shower was empty (hard to report while in shower). "
