« Did a solo overnight stay to capture the sunset at Long Jetty and the sunrise at Crackneck Lookout and the location is well located to access both by car within 15min. The rooms are dated, but clean. I stayed in the one bedroom loft and it had everything I needed for the night and more. « Smelled very strong of cigarettes. Bathroom mouldy and and floor sticky. Didn’t want to be in there with without shoes on. Pubes/hair in bed. Vanity falling apart. Felt unsafe. Very noisy and many people all walking around inside apartment area. Signage not great. Old hotel name still on the door to entrance. Random wood covering man hole - who else could access our room? Left early and receptionist replied “sorry you felt that way” »

No linen for the couch cushions we had to put on the floor for the youngest kids and 4 towels for a booking for 6. Advertised pool was locked the whole time. Vacuum cleaner didn't work, dishwasher draws broken and no heating or cooling. Very poor parking situation »
