About this space Welcome to our designer studio where comfort meets style in this charming studio with en suite bathroom close to all the action of West University and downtown Tucson. Kick back and relax on the patio, and rest well in the comfy queen bed after a day downtown or on campus! This studio shares a wall with a second one bedroom unit, which can be booked in combo check out our other listing! Also please note that there is a full time tenant in the main house. The space \*Also, there is currently no cover for the skylight, so this unit is best for early risers! \*The homeowner lives in the main house in front of the studio. She will give you full privacy, but if you say hello she is very friendly! \*Please note there is a shared wall with the apartment next door. The patio and laundry is shared as well. Getting around: Street parking is available but pay attention to permit restrictions!
