  • Relax in our pet-friendly home! This townhouse is bright and comfortable with a private walled patio, sky deck and onsite parking. Excellent amenities, indoor gas fireplace, new furniture and hotel-grade linens and towels. Free on-site parking.

    Swim in the community salt water pool and hot tub. Wi-fi and a desk nook for remote work.

    Quiet, safe neighborhood. Walk to the DeAnza trail and the #1 Small Art Town in America. The perfect home base for exploring Tubac!

    Pet Owners:

    DO NOT ALLOW PETS ON THE FURNITURE OR BED.
    Leave them alone only while in a crate.
    Pick up all pet waste and put the bags in the trash.

    NOTE ABOUT EXCESS PET HAIR: If you allow pets on the couch and bed and my housekeeper has to remove excess hair, we will charge an additional $30 cleaning fee. Please help us keep the house clean for other guests by keeping your pets off of the furniture.

    Use the yellow/orange towels from the bathroom at the pool and hot tub.

Jan our host was amazing. Great communication from day one. Great directions, and the price was perfect. The house was very clean, very spacious, and my wife and I had a very nice, enjoyable time. We were very happy that the prpoerty was pet friendly and no pet fee. Also, the neighbors are very friendly.

We had a great stay. The location is centralized perfectly for visits to multiple areas for shopping, dining and exploring! The area is quite and very peaceful. We enjoyed the pool and the great evening views from the upstairs patio!

We loved the ground level access as my husband is recovering from back surgery we enjoyed the close proximity to shopping at the unique shops in Tubac the bed was comfortable and kitchen was great a good sized coffee pot! Two things to think about: 1) the parking is a little far if you have heavy suitcases again my husband could not assist so maybe a portable luggage cart and the plug in the tub does not seal so a rubber stopper for a leisurely bath would be nice. We really enjoyed our stay enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the evening thunderstorms!

We recommend and would stay again. Very comfortable bed with nice bedding. Everything was provided to make for an enjoyable two week vacation. Loved how close the unit is to the pool.

Jan was an amazing host! She provided everything that we needed for a successful mini vacation. The educational materials and maps of Tubac were greatly appreciated. Jan went the extra mile for everything Example: she not only accepted our little dog at the very last minute, she left "head" lights for us to walk him. We had a wonderful stay and are looking forward to another stay at Jan's property.

Weekend in Tubac

Just wanted a quiet weekend away from crowds and traffic in the valley. This was perfect! Very clean with everything we needed. Close to the pool/hot tub and short walk to Anza trail.

Jan is the ultimate proprietor! Stayed for a week of family gatherings. Such a comfortable spot to go back to each night. Will definitely be back!

Great home, close to all of the art in Tubac. The host was polite, informative, and easy to get in touch with. Very nice home decorated beautifully and fully supplied for your stay! I will stay again if available.

This Townhome is AMAZING

I will HIGHLY recommend staying at this Townhome. Jen is a great host & the home is immaculate. Clean, super cozy & has everything you need. My husband and I agree this is the best place we have ever stayed at in our many travels. It has both beautiful indoor & outdoor spaces and within walking distance to the historic Tubac Town Center. Thank you Jen for making this such a pleasant stay.

Tubac is awesome

Great house for a couple people! Kitchen was adequately stocked with utensils and the house was very clean upon arrival. The sky deck is a great place to cap off your day and have some tea before bed. The community is very nice and welcoming with hiking near by.

Great getaway weekend in Tubac, Arivaca, and Ruby. Nice to come back and crash. Great restaurants in Tubac. Nice but expensive grocery store.
