"The lodging was fine. But we had a situation upon arrival that was a bit uncomfortable as no one was available to receive us. Hence, this is more of a criticism of the platform hotels.com because we received an email that said the booking is confirmed and only much further down the email in small print did it notify that we needed to contact the property 24 hours in advance to make arrangements for access to property. Further down the line, it indicated only a phone number for special requests....

"It could be a fantastic place, if only the check in communication was better, the door locks worked properly and if the door was blacked out to allow sleep -days are long in Denmark, not everyone can sleep with lights coming in. "

"Overordnet virkeligt godt. Fantastisk indretning og gode valg næsten overalt. Spaområde tæt på perfekt. De mange områder med pejse og sofaer var så gennemtænkt. Mindre gode oplevelser var nogle børnesygdomme som forhåbentligt skyldes at hotellet er nyt. Nogle af medarbejderne i restauranten havde ikke overblik og kendskab. Vi blev glemt og kunne ikke få kontakt med personalet for at bestille drikkevarer som først kom efter forretten blev serveret. Til morgen buffeten var maden meget...
