### 2025-26 SKI LEASE: Cozy, Updated Tahoe Donner Townhouse

Quick note to potential renters: This house was purchased in July, 2025 and is currently being updated with fresh paint, new kitchen cabinets, newly stained hardwood doors/trim, new lighting fixtures and brand new furniture throughout the home. Ceiling beams are being added to the kitchen, dining room and living room. There are additional improvements planned before leasing for the ski season. Additional pictures will be posted as work is completed. Please contact me before booking if you're interested in partial season renting.

This home is warm, spacious, and fully furnished for comfort and convenience. It’s the perfect place to relax after a day on the slopes. The living and dining area is open concept with a wood-burning fireplace and large windows that bring in plenty of natural light. The kitchen is fully stocked with full-size appliances, cookware, and dishware, perfect for preparing meals at home.   
  
The home includes one bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, plus three queen beds, including a queen-over-queen bunk bed that’s ideal for families or groups. With two full bathrooms and generous living space, everyone has room to spread out and relax. Smart home features include keyless entry, a Nest thermostat, and a security system. The unit also includes an in-home washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a smart TV for remote work or cozy evenings in. A detached garage offers plenty of room for skis, snowboards, sleds, and other winter gear.   
  
This quiet location offers easy access to Tahoe Donner Ski Hill and Cross-Country Center, and is a short drive to Palisades Tahoe, Northstar, and other top ski resorts. Main roads are nearby for convenient travel in all seasons.   
  
As a guest, you’ll enjoy full access to Tahoe Donner’s amenities, including The Lodge Restaurant and Pub, year-round heated pools and hot tubs, a fitness center and gym, sledding hills, and miles of hiking, biking, and cross-country ski trails.  
  
Whether you're hitting the slopes, relaxing on the deck with forest views, or warming up by the fire, this thoughtfully cared-for home offers the perfect base for a comfortable and memorable Tahoe winter.
