"Booked a standard room. Room size is ok but the shower in the bathroom is quite small. Sound proof is not that great. We could hear those walking outside the corridor or even heard the next door returned to the room and switched on the light! There was supposed cleaning provided but they only emptied the trash bins. There are only handwash, shampoo/body wash and conditioner which are average in quality. You would need to bring other necessities with you. The plus sides are the breakfast which has good range of selections and location is convenient. Airport express and bus stop are right outside the hotel. Therefore, easy traveling around the city or between airport and hotel."

"The stay does not include breakfast, but there are snacks available for purchase, and there’s a McDonald’s just down the street. The location is excellent, close to everything and surrounded by local restaurants, polar museum, sauna & cold plunge, magic ice bar, all within walking distance. Staff are friendly. "Lovely hotel , perfect location in the harbour area for all the trips available . We had a great room with fantastic views of the fjord and surrounding mountains. The highlight was definitely the breakfasts , with so much choice , my recommendation is definitely go earlier , as the later you are the busier it is , especially with only one cappuccino machine . The staff were also a credit , being very welcoming and friendly . Would highly recommend staying here if you visit Tromso ."

"4 minute walk to bus stop then 10 minute ride to town. Bus runs every 10 min during peek times. Convenient having washer in room and supermarket downstairs. Could use more than 2 towels for 2 people. Also, didn’t notice there was no tv. Which wasn’t a big deal except I like noise to go to sleep. "
