"This hotel hosts travel sports teams. We were unfortunately there during a soccer tournament. The parents all hung out in the breakfast area and didn’t supervise their kids. So the boys were running all over the hotel causing chaos. They were knocking on doors at 10pm and then running and hiding in the stairway. They were reported to the front desk that did absolutely nothing to stop it. Then around midnight all the drunk parents came up and were talking loudly throughout the hallway. I understand hotels are not quiet but kids were out of control while the parents hung out and got drunk. It was not a good weekend and I will not be returning to this hotel."

The staff person at check-in did not mention the breakfast nor time of breakfast. We asked to ckeckin 45 minutes early and ibformed room was not ready. Came back at 3:01, and agin ibformed room wasn't ready. After finding out I was a member all of a sudden the room was ready."
