Bathtub and basin were plugged up, bathroom was dirty, stains on the bed table, chinsie towels. Found someone’s purse in one the drawers, which means that housekeeping does not do a thorough job of preparing the room for the next guests.

We’ve stayed before no problems but this time we found BEDBUGS. We took pics and Expedia is trying to get our refund. They were everywhere, we were too tired to notice last night. They are even in the baby blanket so now in process of bagging everything up and buying stuff to wear home. Will be suing them if they transfer to the house. It will cost thousands to get rid of them. So grossed out. DO NOT STAY HERE

I had booked for 2 nights because their website says pool and spa was available.. Neither one was available. The room was dirty! There were no amenities whatsoever. We did laundry in guest laundry and it had to be the filthiest washers and dryers I've ever had to use. We were given 2 little bars of soap 2 towels.. ICE machine wasn't working needless to say WE WILL NEVER BE BACK THERE FOR ANY REASON.. VERY DISAPPOINTED

This property did not look anything like the picture. The room had not been cleaned. Well in the bathroom window was open. The drain was out and there was a bunch of hair in the drain.
