The hotel security is keen to keep the other visitors away but can’t talk in English which led to our child being harassed as he couldn’t speak the local language. Complained to the duty manager who was very apologetic. Security staff need more training so that they don’t harass the hotel guests. Feel that management needs to take responsibility for this situation as staff are simply following instructions. "
