This space includes great views from the *PRIVATE ROOFTOP PATIO*, cozy spaces to sit back and relax, a washer and dryer in case of any accidents, and a large kitchen so your party can share a nice home-cooked meal together. Only steps away from every bar, restaurant, and entertainment downtown JC has to offer. We encourage gatherings to celebrate marriage, holidays, or just friendships. This home is located in downtown Johnson City near several restaurants and bars. *Some noise needs to be expected.* We do include white noise fans and earplugs in this home as well.
