« The property was terribly dated. The mattress cover had some sort of blood stain on the corner. The floors were filthy. I had to clean the bathroom floor due to the stickiness. The washcloth was black from cleaning it. There was no elevator and I was on the third floor. I could not get out of there fast enough. »

« Our room was smaller than any other Springhill Suites I have ever visited. It was across from the laundry room where there was constant noise. The noise from the interstate was also bad. There was only one tiny trash can in the room. I would not stay here again. »
