« Good morning, our stay at this hotel was not what we wanted. When we arrived we found that the room reserved for us was on the second floor. As my wife has a knee injury we asked for a room on the first floor. This was refused to us on the pretext that the room had been reserved by Expedia and that the hotel's reservation system did not allow it. The clerk at the front desk was stubborn and did not want to accommodate our request. We wasted half an hour discussing the situation and the clerk...

« Long lines at the front desk on both days of our stay. Housekeeping never showed up to clean our room, despite being requested. And we returned the first evening to find the bathroom floor flooded into the hallway. Upon contacting the front desk, I was asked what we had done to cause the flooding. Then we were told that we would have to move ourselves to another room as the staff was too busy. The next room was a handicapped room. The shower handle came off in my hand the next morning....
