We looked up their salaries and where shocked how little they make. 50% of the profit goes to a privat equity firm, which means some rich people get richer and probably don't care about long lines at the checkin or technical stuff not working right. Also, the rain forest looks like it needs some love. We loved the atmosphere. We had a very special time."

"I was there for my birthday. The facility was lovely and historic. Room was huge with pretty view of the city. Breakfast buffet was good with a big selection. Only thing was they didn’t make my birthday special. Just gave me two tiny chocolates lol. With all the money spent there they could have atleast given me a slice of cake. I had breakfast and dinner there, nothing not even a welcome fruit platter. They sure have no idea to celebrate :-("
