« Extremely friendly staff at check-in. Hotel was conveniently located near restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. Room was clean and spacious. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. A quick hop on and off of i84 across the highway from downtown Boise. Lots of free parking on site. »

« The room was filthy...cobwebs...carpet pulled away from the base boards. Dirty THIN throw for a bedspread. People are staying long term and I did not feel safe. No elevator...to get to the second floor you have to climb a big staircase. The air-conditioner/heater was missing the top cover. Just junky!! Never again! »

« We went there for our Anniversary. It was perfect. The staff was amazing. My only complaint was the bedspread. It smelled like stinky feet. I discussed it with the front desk. I told her I didn't want to make waves. She said she would take care of it. The breakfast was delicious. We both had fruit and yogurt. I also had the cinnamon roll and coffee. My husband had biscuits and gravy and coffee. We stayed in the Enchanted Forest room.
I surprised my husband. He didn't know I had booked...
