Very nice hotel with big rooms and amenities. Breakfast was average but dinner was good. Property is nice and big and good value for money but slightly old and shows some wear and tear. Not enough plug points in the room and would have liked to have a kettle, coffee and water provided in the rooms

Good value and pleasent stay
I waited until I had stayed in 6 different hotels in Tunisia to review, so I had comparisons. I feel this was a good value. My room was large with a terrace, and a view of the desert. I wish there was a kettle in the room though! The pool was large, sparkling and very inviting. Overall a good experience and fair price.

Avoid at all costs
This hotel is outdated, the service is horrible, the restaurant is a complete disaster. I don’t believe it’s a 4 stars hotel! I think it wouldn’t even get a one star. The only positive thing about it is the location.
4 stars still using a physical key 😁

Food without drinks. They don’t serve drinks & you can’t bring your own! The only option is to buy from them & the price is 10 times more!

Bonjour,1 - on ne voit pas en quoi le problème que nous utilisons des clefs pour les chambres.2 - le personnel au restaurant est là pour servir et veiller aux besoins des clients.3 - les boissons au restaurant ne sont pas comprise et cela est bien signalé sur le site de réservation et les prix sont plus que correctes (exemple : 01 bouteille d'eau 3.5 DT ce qui revient à presque 1 euro)Pour cloturer nous sommes une chaine hotelière très respectueuse et nous sommes toujours à l'écoute de nos clients et à leurs confort.

Everything was broken
Disappointed with our stay in this hotel. We had a broken fridge which the door fell off in the porter's hands when demonstrating it, a random shelf sat on the sideboard and a broken shower. It would just take a little maintenance to be a good place.

If it was possible to be more accommodating in placing an elder couple right next to a very loud party then this hotel is hard to beat! The normal stay at this hotel is one or two nights as it is usually used as a tour stop over, However, my wife and myself was there for 4 nights while the first two nights were passable the third night was certainly not. A party no more than 15 meters from our room made an incredible noise. Trying to complain was met with no answer on the telephone from reception. When I complained in the following morning I was told that I could have changed my room on the first night - I am not telepathic so I did not know that a party was going to be held on our third night. The manager did say they had problems with the party, my question was then why not sort it, I did not receive an answer nor did I get an apology for their lack of programming. Never again!

the reason we chose this hotel is we were going to Sahara. Otherwise we wouldn't choose it as it is not comfortable, too small.

The staff is rude and unprofessional..room dirty ..AC is very noisy ..and the worst thing is thr fact that the swimming pool dhich is the main/unique feature of the Hotel was full of kids poo and despite telling them about it ...they wont asked to clean it up and wr ended up me and my son yo swim for two days in the indoor swming pool ...wich was also very dirty and the smell of the chlorine is unbearable...avoid ....not worth a cent .

The staff was respectfull and friendly. The property was clean the food excellent especially the breakfast . The front desk administration was present helpfull and smiling all the time. They give you advices and the best places to visit in Tozeur.

Economy hotel for tourists. Though the floor in my room was not cleaned sufficiently with sticky spots from spilled over juice or something, other parts were just fine and you will get what you paid for. The hotel is kind of old and rusty, though. Sufficient breakfast and spacious lobby to kill some time until late evening flight. Away from Tozeur Medina, but taxis were available without much difficulty at least during day time.

This is the WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The front desk guys have no knowlege about the area or any tours. They told me to look it up online. Specially Ammed the over night front desk he was extremely rude and had no idea what he was doing. The other staff was even worst. And when I checked out they just told me to wait for a taxi as I wanted to leave as soon as possible. And they only serve you when it’s tome for them like for example I checked in late so they told me the restaurant closes at 9pm and I HAD to go out to eat. In a rude and unconcerning way. I will never stay here again.

Helpful and pleasant staff
The staff at reception and in the dining room, plus the Cafe Maure, were friendly, helpful and pleasant. Meals were good - plenty of choice, and the room was bright and comfortable. A good stay in Tozeur !!
