« Aucune nourriture à partir du 3e jour de notre séjour. Il y avait seulement du café, barres tendres et quelques wnceloppes de gruau Quaker. Au 4e jour, plus rien : seulement du café. Le manager n'a pas fait les achats pour renouveler les stocks. Les employés espéraient même pour nous que cela se fasse, mais rien ne s'est passé comme on souhaitait. »

« The room was extremely dirty. There were mice, frequently enough that I could have a video of it (would add it here if it was an option). There were cigarettes holes in the sheet, objects on the floor (a candy and a beer cap). Hotel staff told me I would be fully reimbursed and sent a bill of 0$ to my email. This was sent to Expedia who then told me I'd be reimbursed only for the days I didn't stay there. 0 star Super 8 and 0 star Expedia »

« So, we booked this about an hour ahead of being there. When we showed up, the office was closed. There was a sign on the door addressed to another guest and a phone number on the closed sign. Called the number and the owner of the property answered and apologized that he did not see the reservation come in and was away from the property. He asked us to wait 30 minutes so he could return to check us in. It got mostly better from there. Check in was pleasant and the owner was very apologetic...
