Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this private three bedroom home features an open floor plan, full kitchen, counter-height seating, dining area, dedicated work space, and living room with 50” Smart TV.  
  
Fully appointed kitchen with appliances including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings.  
  
Spacious living room includes a comfy sofa, wood-burning fireplace, 50” Smart TV, detached laundry building with full bathroom, private fenced-in backyard and patio with seating, Wi-Fi, on-site parking, and keyless access.  
  
Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of outdoor amenities as well. This was our 2nd stay at this property. Just as the first time we very much enjoyed our stay & found communication with the hosts quick & easy. This property is located across the street from our friends & we find it perfect for us. It has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend it & we are already looking forward to our stay again next summer!

#### Nice House

The house was perfect for us. Across the street from our friends in a quiet neighborhood. It was furnished with most anything you need. I would recommend staying here and we will stay again next time we visit Texas!
