Very nice hotel and centrally located. The king size bed was awesome considering that I haven't found beds in Europe to be that comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and spoke English

This hotel couldn't have been more well located. Everything walkable, tram stop right outside the door. Clean updated interior, comfy rooms though a little small for an upgrade. The staff was absolutely lovely, and assisted us with dining reservations every evening, since unbeknownst to us while booking, the dining availability was limited for parties of two and their restaurant was closed except for breakfast. Dining out was exceptional (Turon and Le Lauranty - omigosh try the scallops at Laurenty - I won't spoil the surprise) The only downer was parking. There is no drive up or anywhere for that matter to drop your baggage for check in. You have to find parking and schlep it on over the cobblestones. We actually pulled into the end of the bus lane (Shhhh!) to load up upon departure. There is an underground garage right in front, but it is a tight squeeze - and I'm not kidding about that. We have an SUV and managed with great difficulty, to inch our way into a spot the first night - and only because there were no cars coming through and we could take our time. We noticed that even smaller cars had difficulty. Going down another floor was not an option because we couldn't fit through on the turn. The only option was to back up and exit up. We opted for street parking the remainder of our stay. Still, that issue might not preclude us returning to this hotel - it's just good to know in advance and perhaps take public transportation in, or a smaller vehicle!

Fab location with offsite parking in a few steps
Excellent location in the city centre. Paid parking only steps away (€12.5 per 24 hours). Great room and bathroom, comfortable bed, fast wifi, large TV. Downside: No restaurant on a Saturday night No bar, just a vending machine.

The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. The room was very comfortable and well appointed. We used the fitness center and also tried the breakfast, and our overall experience was excellent.

New hotel smack in the city center, clean and comfortable for a short stay. The service was virtually non-existent though. They were pretty unaccommodating for basic requests and didn’t seem to want to try to find solutions. Other than that, would definitely recommend especially for value.

Great location for a walk round the city. Parking is easy with a lift to ground level with a 30m walk to reception. Dinner Bed and Breakfast is a good deal and good quality

Good quality hotel for tourists or business
Modern central hotel next to the river and close to the old town. We had a spacious bedroom and bathroom. Helpful reception and they spoke English which helped us. Quiet even though it is next to the tram line which is easy to use and very convenient. Didn’t eat breakfast there as quite expensive. Would stay again if I was in Tours.

Checking in was a nightmare because the hotel is not accessible if you drive a car. There was no warning on that aspect. It was very frustrating. Eventually we figured out that we had to go and park first before carrying our suitcases trough the parking elevator to the street and to the hotel.

The property and room were awesome, the manager though was rude and condescending. She refused to issue a refund for a breakfast that was included for the three guests, even after proof was given.

We like the Hilton Garden Inn Tours. The hotel room and bathroom was spacious and clean. The hotel is in downtown Tours. There is a lot to do just outside the hotel. Loire Valley vineyards and wine caves are easy to get to with a car. The only thing that was negative about our stay is that the front desk staff scheduled our visit to Remy Martin in Cognac. When we got to Remy Martin, they did not have the reservation. So we could not do the tour. We were able to do the tasting.

There may not be enough characters to share all we loved about this property. We stayed for 2 nights in a junior suite and it was by far the best hotel room we had in 2 weeks in France. This hotel was fabulous. Starting with check in...our room was not ready when we arrived (we were early). We were given a map and staff took the time to explain the area and what we might do while we waited. We drove 20-30 min the the beautiful city of Amboise and toured the castle. When we returned our room was ready and exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, modern, clean and had everything we needed. Coffee maker, wonderful beds/pillows, large closet w/drawers, iron and board, separate toilet, large shower and tub both w/rain shower heads. This was the only hotel we stayed in that actually had washcloths to accompany large fluffy towels. So many great staff from check in to check out meeting all of our needs. Even asked to borrow a screwdriver to repair my suitcase handle and they had just what we needed. They have a FREE washer and dryer which was so timely to have clean clothes for the remainder of our trip. The location is great. The restaurant on property looked lovely thought we did not eat there. Important to us this was a non-smoking property to have a break from all the smoking. Tons of amenities in the lobby if you forgot anything (toothbrush/paste etc) for a nominal charge. Look no further - this is your home away from home. If I could give 6 stars I would.
