"The hosts were extremely welcoming and kind. The bungalow was at the top of the garden up some steep steps. I don't think you would manage if you had poor mobility. The bungalow was well equipped for making small meals although no oven to bake. We had some trouble with insects (centipedes) but think that they came inside due to bad weather. They didn't bother us. Sadly it rained quite a lot in our week so we did not use the pool, however it looked absolutely great and very clean. The location...

"I stayed at this place in Drap with my family and the property is as advertised and more. It is in a great location with amazing views. The hosts were extremely friendly, kind and caring. They were also very helpful and gave us great tips about how to get to Nice, Monaco and other places around. "We stayed at villa Bella for 4 weeks in April and loved our stay. The property is immaculately clean and exceeded our expectations. The location and view are great and you can walk into the town in around 30 minutes if you wanted to. Valérie is a great host and very responsive, nothing is too much trouble. We would very much like to stay here again!"

"This Villa was great, it had everything you could want for an extended stay in Nice. The Air Con was a live saver in the heatwave, solid Wi-Fi and a great Smart TV. The kids loved the pool and the layout was roomy and comfortable. Liars of places to sit and laze, private parking and only 10 minutes walk from the the Tram station. The bus stop was at the end of the road , so great connections all round. Franck was a great host as welll."

"My wife and I had a wonderful time. The location is amazing, everything is top quality inside from decor to appliances. Adeline was very helpful and accommodating. Even with our flight delayed to Nice and the rain upon our arrival at the location, she had saved us a great parking spot close by. The parking can be tricky but they have a great solution, I just recommend that if you have a small car, it'll just be easier. We can't wait to return."

"Stayed for 2 weeks in the two bedroom section of the house. Fantastic views from the balcony and pool. Great pool for relaxing by. Private estate so it felt very secure. 10 mins to Mandelieu and Theole for great beaches and restaurants . Close to Cannes, Frejus, Lac Cassien and up into the hills. Super hosts Maxime and Odile made us all feel very welcome and we will definitely return in the future. Ideal for a family of 4 and the pool is great for little ones."

"We had a very good experience here. It was our first vacation outside Belgium with our 2 kids (3,5y and 6,5y). The welcome was very good, the house was little (but we knew that) but clean. We had everything we needed. The pool is in the garden of the owners, but they respect your privacy. It didn’t bother us en they let us be. If we should needed something, we always had the possibility to ask. Our first vacation was a succes. Thank you!"

"From the time we landed in France, we enjoyed every single minute! Le Perchoir, was everything I dreamed it would be and even more! The community where the cozy village house is located is friendly and very accommodating! The finest restaurants are located at the top of the street with stunning views of the countryside. "The weather is the best. Sea not far (20 minutes or so to Antibes). Interesting places beyond the sea. The owner was very discrete whilst taking well care of the property. Relatively quiet location, also in terms of car traffic. Good food in the nearby town."

"The Villa had all the high end amenities and was extremely clean great for families. Amazing views and short distance to supermarket and Cannes. The swimming pool is bigger than the pictures. Ample amount of outdoor space to relax and very peaceful. The owners really care about the property and guests. Advice There is a steep climb route to the villa which is avoidable by following the owners instructions and for further clarification do your own google street view routing prior to going."

"For our group of 8 adults and 4 young children, the villa had everything we needed and the sea views are perfect. Like most of the other reviewers we didn’t find the trains a problem but they are very regular (4 or 5 an hour). We had a few other issues. When we arrived, the pool water was green and cloudy. The owners came to fix the problem but the process took 4 visits to clear and get the pH correct so we couldn’t use the pool for 2 days in total. We had clean the dust from two of the basement...

"We loved the location and the quiet. We were three so the suite style set up gave us much needed room-with a wonderfully spacious bathroom! The only thing we missed was no restaurant for early coffee or breakfast/just a coffee machine in the lobby.They did not have updated coffee machines in the room which made it feel a bit/ little outdated with old coffee pots being provided.
