Don’t expect to sleep much; the reviews about it being loud from construction a year ago or even two years ago, are still prevalent today. The entire road is behind dug up outside and all night long they work. There is no air or AC so it’s stuffy and hot and one must keep the window open for air. We slept maybe an hour. We just laughed at our situation as it was impossible to sleep. A incidental hold of around 45 US dollars was taken when we checked in, which they didn’t ask or tell about until I saw it on my card. They also refused to give me a copy of the incidental hold receipt which was odd; they did say the hold would drop off the day I checked out, and it did, around 10pm or so the day of check out. The front desk staff was super nice checking in and checking out. The hotel is next to a refugee camp and giant ears were seen scurrying about. Great big mall next to the hotel if that is your thing and a place for many beers right across street; as well as KFC and Burger King in walking distance. Don’t expect to get any sleep if your room is on the street side.

Good place to dtay
Nice hotel at a good price. The rooms have an equipped kitchen area, a good power shower and comfortable beds. Basic, clean, comfortable accommodation and conveniently close to the metro

Nice clean simple accommodation
Very tidy basic hotel. Nice to have a small kitchen if you wish to cook for yourself. For €6 you can get a basic breakfast downstairs as well.

Clean place but no AC and far from center
Good clean place. No air conditioner the rooms can get so hot it is impossible to work and sleep.

Fantastic staff, great WiFi. Close to a mall that had everything. Close to Metro, which is 4 stops to main train station. Nothing but good about this place.

Nice place to stay in Toulouse
Room was small but very nice, and the kitchenette was great. Being just a short walk from the metro station made it easy to get into the centre of town. Also close to a shopping centre which was convenient.

Lovely clean place
A very convenient place with lots of parking. New paint smell is moment but very clean apartment and in excellent condition. No wifi on the 3rd floor but I am sure it is a minor glitch.

Alarme incendie en pleine nuit
J’avais déjà séjourné là-bas et j’avais été réveillée plusieurs fois en pleine nuit par l’alarme incendie. Mais c’était il y a 3 ans donc je pensais que c’était momentané. Je n’ai donc pas hésité à leur refaire confiance. Malheureusement …. Rebelote ! Je n’en veux pas au personnel qui n’y est pour rien (et est très sympathique) mais c’est simplement impossible de se coucher sans savoir si on va être réveillé en pleine nuit par l’alarme ! Je ne retenterai pas l’expérience en tout cas !

Trop bruyant! La terrasse est située dans une cours en bas de l hôtel, les gens y discutent très tard le soir le souci c'est que ça résonne.. pas de clim donc obligé de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes.. personne ne leur dit de discuter moins fort à partir d'une certaine heure j'ai essayé cela n'a pas fonctionné.. télé trop petite pour la taille de la chambre.. je n'y reviendrai pas
