On the first floor living room with balcony, TV, separate kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave and washing machine, bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. On the ground floor two double bedrooms plus a bedroom with bunk beds or two double bedrooms with double sofa bed in the dining room, bathroom with bathtub, garage and small garden. AMENITIES: Community pool. INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: Equipment (sheets only), water, gas, electricity, cleaning of entry and exit, weekly change of clothes and use of the pool. WIFI: YES, free. PARKING:Free, 1 space per house. NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: \- Possibility to rent towels at the reception for 4 € / person / week (payment at reception). \- Possibility to rent a cot at the reception for 42 € / week (payment at reception).
