Location de vacances de particulier à Torrington

« Great place for a getaway. Also nice for hanging out with family and friends. »

« We loved the place, which feels like your own house in the woods. The setting is gorgeous especially with the leaves changing colors. We specifically chose the location so we could bike the Farmington Trail loop which starts at the bottom of the hill. The house is so well stocked with everything you could think of, especially coffee and there is plenty of space to relax inside and out. The host was very attentive to our needs. It couldn’t have been better for us. »

« Our review of the property at Sun Filled Lake House Living property from July 10 to July 18, 2026.Overall, we had a wonderful time. The property looked exactly like the pictures, and we absolutely loved the character of the old-style cottage. The setting nestled in the woods was beautiful, and having two outdoor sitting areas was a great feature. We particularly enjoyed spending our mornings having coffee on the front patio, which quickly became our favorite spot. We also spent a great day at...

« This VRBO has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Connecticut. The view and relaxing patio overlook paddlers on the Farmington River. The beds are comfortable and the furnishing are very pleasant. The little village of Collinsville provides wonderful trails to stroll. Several restaurants and music venues were fun, but the Farmer's Market on Sundays in the summer is not to miss. Carol, the host, lives next door, and can be reached easily. This was my second stay here and I would not...

« Great find!! Amazing views, house was superb! »

« We do not drop poor reviews lightly. We rented a two unit house for 5 nights for 3,000. Out confirmation said we would have the place to ourselves. Instead, we had noisy construction crews on site, without any warning. When we complained and specifically asked that no one be on site for the remainder of our stay, the host agreed. That is not what happened. The crews showed up daily, sawing through brick and mortar in what appeared to be an addition. This all happened right outside our door,...

« We had a dinner for a grooms dinner and found this to be the perfect spot! The kitchen was well stocked and wonderful to cook in. Our guests were very impressed. It was immaculate and their is a Whole Foods just a block and a half away or a costco a short drive away. We loved cooking on the grill on the deck and the guys enjoyed having the gas fireplace and couches there as well! Lovely place! »

« the house was great for our needs - it was nicely furnished fully stocked with the essentials in the kitchen. the host checked in when it was especially cold to ensure the heat and water were working correctly. the living room was very comfortable with leather reclining chairs and a gas fireplace that heated the room very well. We enjoyed how easy our stay was and recommend this location »
